Real Time Control Centre (RTCC)

The objective of RTCC is to enhance the conventional security patrolling system with the application and integration of today ICT based technologies. The enhancement will create more high security level with dynamic systems provided. In long terms, it will minimize the operation cost and gives more value added for the clients. It also gives opportunity to the security personnel to improve their knowledge and skills in handling the technologies.

How RTCC Works?

1. TFSB will open a control centre room which will monitor all the clients building security and monitoring systems.

2. RTCC rooms are equipped with all the surveillance system equipment such as DVR (Digital Video Recorder), CCTV Controlling Device, Communication Device and Servers while the CCTV Camera and few security personnel will be placed in clients strategic building locations.

3. RTCC will act as a monitor to the remote client buildings and will alert via communications device to the nearby security personnel and any other authority forces such as police, fire brigades, ambulance and building management personnel when there are occurrence of intrusion or emergency cases. Extra security personnel will be sent to the places in short period of time to assist in handling the emergency situations.

4. The system in RTCC also integrated and communicate with the building Central Monitoring System (CMS) to control the building alarm and door access control systems.
