Fokus Sdn. Bhd. formerly known as Harta Consult
Sdn Bhd (100% owned by Johor Corporation), a property
management company was previously an in house security
for premises belonging to Johor Corporation and Group
of Companies since 1975. At the end of year 2004,
the restructuring of Harta Consult Sdn Bhd took place
and TFSB was then incorporated on September 20th 2004
where the shareholder equity are owned 70% by Tn.
Hj. Hussin b. Haron as Managing Director of TFSB and
30% by Johor Corporation.
TFSB is a fast growing and dynamic security service
company that has earned the reputation of being a
reliable provider of security services mainly Unarmed
Security Services. Presently TFSB is entrusted in
loking after the safety of buildings and premised
in Johor, Negeri Sembilan, Wilayah Persekutuan, Kelantan
and Sarawak with an estimated are of 7.0 million square
feet valued at RM3.0 billion.
Gaining
trust and confidence of a broad range of commercial
organization including shopping complexes, office
buildings, factories, hospitals, construction sites,
port, condominiums, apartments, sports complexes,
intelligent buildings, jetty, wet market, bus terminal
and VIP functions.
TFSB
is responsible for the safety of several prestigious
and well known buildings owned by a few corporate
organizations and its subsidiaries. Entrusted with
an estimated area of 7.0 million square feet valued
at RM3.0 billion comprises of buildings in Johor Bahru,
Kuala Lumpur, Seremban and Kuching, Sarawak.
